MitoView 650
MitoView 650 (Ex-Max 646 nm/Em-Max 671 nm)
Biotium's MitoView dyes are used for live cell mitochondrial staining. These dyes are bright, photostable, non-toxic dyes, and do not require a wash step before Fluorescence Microscopy. While these dyes should be used for live cell staining only, the exception is MitoView Green which can be used for staining fixed cells. MitoView 650 has an excitation peak at 646 nm and an emission peak at 671 nm.
