MitoView 405
MitoView 405 (Ex-Max 398 nm/Em-Max 440 nm)
Biotium's MitoView dyes are used for live cell mitochondrial staining. These dyes are bright, photostable, non-toxic dyes, and do not require a wash step before Fluorescence Microscopy. While these dyes should be used for live cell staining only, the exception is MitoView Green which can be used for staining fixed cells. MitoView 405 has an excitation peak at 398 nm and an emission peak at 440 nm.
